I received many comments that i have lost so much weight within a month since Dylan’s birth.
Nahh… I am still not back to my pre-pregnancy weight yet. But i can already fit into my bigger pair of jeans.
SIL asked if I had been exercising regularly? No lah.
BIL joked that I had been wearing those slimming undergarments? No lah
Or have been getting those traditional malay massages? Where got time.
My secret?
No secret la.
To begin with, I did not gain that much weight in this pregnancy. I gained abt 15kg vs 20kg during Bryan’s time. Reason - almost non-existent supper outings this time round cause I rarely go out at night since I became a mother.
Couple that with round the clock exclusive breastfeeding, sleepless nights and caring for a demanding clingy terrible-two toddler …Voila the ultimate pregnancy weight lost program.
