Getting back to shape

I have just made an appointment for my bi-annual executive health screening. The last time I was there, the physician advised me to start exercising regularly to keep up my health. Did I follow his advice?

Err…just a little. Too little to have any significant effect I guess. Now that my next screening will be due soon, I better start getting back to shape. I have been procrastinating for too long.

*sigh* So there are diet pills to help lose weight, but are there “fit pills” to help get fit?
